I just stumbled onto your site today via a Pheedo ad that appears on my site. I'm glad I stumbled here. I decided to comment on a semi-dusty post because I like Rothko very much and the photo itself is wonderful. I look forward to visiting again.
Thanks for the comment and for stumbling hitherward. The photo, as you have probably realized, isn't mine. My favourite Rothkos are the Seagram Murals (black on maroons) at Tate Modern, London.
